A joint staff training event took place in Hamburg Germany, 3-7 April 2017.
The event’s objectives consisted in exchange of practices on different approaches to support
refugees’ integration, the protection of refugees against discrimination, how stakeholders should
work/collaborate to facilitate a faster integration process, cross-cultural communication. Each
partner group of participants was able to share their work experiences to support refugees
&challenges encountered and also learn more on how this is performed in Germany (by the host
organization & other local stakeholders)
